General Conditions

1.- Prices/Tariffs

FUJI MAE offers different sale prices:

DETAIL Price List: For the Public in general. It is the prices that you can see normally on our online store.

Wholesales-Club Tariff: For credited gymnasiums or instructors (it is possible to access it once you are registered in our Web and after receiving, trough your e-mail, a confirmation of registration from FUJI MAE).

Wholesales-Stores Tariff: For Stores of sport or sub-distributors interested in commercialising our products. These prices must be consulted directly with our Commercial Department.

2.- How to Place an Order

First you must be registered as a FUJI MAE client. This way, you will enter your User Code and Password, accessing directly to the tariffs according to your code. (Detail/Club/Store).

2.1- ONLINE ORDER:

Payment after receiving FUJI MAE confirmation of the order.

You only have to go through our online store, select the products and the quantity you want and finally add them to your shopping car.

You can see and modify the products added to the car at any time.

Once you have finished your order, you must send it to FUJI MAE, where it will be processed and sent it back to you immediately.

Orders placed in countries where FUJI MAE has an official distributor will be managed by this distributor according to its tariffs and terms of sale.

You can print a copy of the order, for your control.

2.2- ORDER BY E-MAIL:

You only have to send us an e-mail with your full name and address and the list of the product you want to buy.

In any case, you must consider:

Shipment Expenses: they will increase the amount of your order, according to the conditions indicated in the Transport section.

Delivery terms: according to the shipping way selected. Please visit the Transport section.

Payment: Send Cash on delivery, except for the cases indicated in the Payment Mode section (credit card is not necessary).

3.- Transport

3.1- ORDERS FROM SPAIN:

The orders will be sent by SEUR, unless the clients indicate not to do so, with a delivery time of 24-48 hours, starting the next day of receiving the order.

Orders bigger than 180 €: delivery paid.

Orders smaller than 180 € : We will add 8,00 € for shipping matters.

For large volume and weight orders we will evaluate the most suitable way of shipment and we will inform the client.

3.2- ORDERS FROM EUROPEAN COMMUNITY OR REST OF THE WORLD:

The transport will always be in charge of the client and, in all cases, FUJI MAE will communicate the cost of transportation to the client before the shipment. The order will only be sent, once the client has confirmed to do so.

5.- Payment

(Credit card is not necessary)

5.1- ORDERS FROM SPAIN:

The orders will be sent delivery-cash, except when the client indicates not to do so.

5.2- ORDERS FROM COMMUNITARIAN EUROPE OR REST OF THE WORLD:

Payment in advance, by Bank Transference or credit card, once FUJI MAE has informed to the client about the transportation cost and the order has been confirmed by the client.

6.- Returns/Changes

In case it is necessary FUJI MAE admits the possibility of changing some product.

No material will be returned without being previously noticed to FUJI MAE.

FUJI MAE does not assume the transportation cost of the returned material.

Every item to be changed will have to be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging.

Any claim or change, will have to be communicated to FUJI MAE within 10 days after the shipment of the merchandise.

Once the product is received and checked, FUJI MAE will replace it.

Any product with manufacture defect will be replaced without any cost for the client.

Any mistake produced in the shipment by FUJI MAE, will be corrected without any cost for the client.

Any change regarding on preferences, measures, colours of the product will be made whenever the shipment expenses are covered by the client.

7.- Post Sales Service

FUJI MAE offers to the clients a full Post-sale Service, in order to solve any problem or doubt that can arise, meanwhile the product is sent and before it is received by the client.
